- Karin Coetzee is the Company Secretary for Welwitschia Insurance Brokers (Pty) Limited.
- She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Certificate in Money Laundering Control from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and a Higher Diploma in Tax from University of South Africa (UNISA).
- She is an admitted attorney and conveyancer in Namibia, with experience in banking and insurance law. Ms. Coetzee was appointed in February 2017.
