Jolene van Schoor

Jolene started her career in the Insurance Industry in 1989 at Old Mutual and moved to Lumley Agra in 1995, where she completed her Short-term Insurance Certificate. In 2004 she joined the team at Welwitschia Insurance Brokers in the Renewal Underwriting department.

Since then she has worked in various fields and departments within the company, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge. These include being part of the team in the creation and testing of the iServe system, and as Senior Broker Consultant. She completed her FETC Qualification in 2018 and received her diploma in 2019.

Jolene enjoys working with people and assisting clients, aiming to learn as much as possible in order to provide the best possible service to her clients. Her current focus is on Underwriting, relationships with Insurers, clients and fellow employees.
